Client Policy & Terms of Service

Effective January 1st, 2026

At Pretty & Clean Services, we value our clients and work hard to provide dependable, high-quality cleaning services throughout Palm Harbor and surrounding areas. To ensure we can continue serving everyone efficiently and fairly, we are implementing the following updated policies for 2026.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully require a minimum 48-hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur an $80 cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to properly manage our cleaning schedule and compensate our team members for reserved time.

We understand that emergencies happen and will always review extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cleaning Team Assignment

We strive to provide consistency and, whenever possible, send the same cleaning professionals to your home.

However, there may be occasions when staffing adjustments are necessary due to:

Illness
Vacation schedules
Training or staffing updates
Business growth and team expansion

Please know that all Pretty & Clean team members are professionally trained and held to the same high standards of service and care.

3. Communication Response Time

We are committed to responsive customer service.

We aim to return all messages by the end of the business day.
At the latest, messages will be returned by the next business day.

We appreciate your patience during busy periods and promise to respond as quickly as possible.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service (same business day).

Payments received after the same business day will incur a $10 late service charge.
Timely payment ensures we can properly compensate our cleaning professionals and maintain smooth scheduling.

We accept approved payment methods as outlined during your onboarding.
